1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to bookings made for tours provided by Mireia Blanch Ferrer (21005953F / 16029525289) (“I”, “me” or “my”).

By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Tour bookings

A booking is considered confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation from me or through the booking system used on this website.

Please provide accurate contact information when making a booking so that I can contact you if necessary.

3. Prices and payment

Tour prices are displayed on the website or communicated to you before the booking is confirmed.

Where payment is required in advance, payment must be completed according to the instructions provided at the time of booking.

Any applicable taxes or fees will be indicated where relevant.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact me as soon as possible.

The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to your booking will be those stated at the time of booking.

For free or tip-based tours, cancelling your booking does not normally involve a cancellation fee.

5. Changes or cancellation by the guide

I reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour when this is reasonably necessary, including in cases of severe weather, safety concerns, illness, unforeseen circumstances or other events beyond my reasonable control.

If I cancel a paid tour, you will be entitled to the refund applicable under the booking conditions.

6. Weather and outdoor tours

Most tours take place outdoors and may continue in normal weather conditions.

Participants are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and footwear and for bringing any items they may reasonably need during the tour.

If weather or other circumstances create a significant safety concern, I may modify or cancel the tour.

7. Participants' responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and for behaving in a respectful and safe manner during the tour.

I may ask a participant to leave a tour if their behaviour seriously affects the safety, comfort or enjoyment of the guide or other participants.

8. Meeting point and punctuality

Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.

If you arrive late, I may not be able to wait or modify the route to accommodate your arrival.

If you miss the tour because you arrive late or at the wrong meeting point, this will normally be treated as a missed booking.

9. Accessibility and special requirements

If you have accessibility requirements or other circumstances that may affect your participation in a tour, please contact me before booking so that I can let you know whether the tour is suitable and, where possible, make reasonable arrangements.

10. Intellectual property

All original text, photographs, graphics, branding and other content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to Mireia Blanch Ferrer (21005953F / 16029525289) or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use this content without prior permission.

11. Website information

I make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, tour routes, schedules, opening hours, attractions and other external circumstances may change.

I may update or modify website content without prior notice.

12. Limitation of liability

I will take reasonable care to provide tours in a professional and safe manner.

However, I cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including changes to public transport, closures, weather conditions, strikes, delays, actions of third parties or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Personal belongings

Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the tour. I am not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence or any other applicable legislation.
